Jared Blitz named ThinkLA's 2018 Agency Person of the Year.
ThinkLA celebrated Southern California’s advertising, marketing, and media superstars on June 7th at their 8th annual IDEA Awards Gala.

The IDEA Awards annually honor campaigns, agencies, clients, marketers, media partners, and individuals that exemplify the best that greater Los Angeles has to offer. The 2018 ThinkLA IDEA Awards recognized campaign achievements, company achievements and individual achievements at a gala event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Within the individual achievements category, Jared Blitz was honored as the “Agency Person of the Year.” The award recognizes an agency individual who has displayed outstanding skills and enthusiasm in relation to his/her clients’ businesses, has more than five years’ experience, and is an active participant in the ThinkLA community. Jared tells branded stories through original filmed content, live experiences and influencer marketing – providing clients with the opportunity to communicate with consumers in a deeper, more meaningful way, leading a variety of award-winning initiatives and high octane creative storytelling.
Although it didn’t take home top honors, “Rolling with the Rookies presented by Hyundai” campaign was named an IDEA Awards finalist for the best use of streaming or video-based advertising (short-form or long form). As the lead for concept and narrative of this campaign in 2017 and 2018, Jared delivered emotive storytelling while leveraging Hyundai’s NFL sponsorship. Jared also led other Hyundai video content and storytelling initiatives in 2017 & 2018, including “The Grill Iron” and “Homecoming, presented by Hyundai” which featured the return of seven current and former NFL players to their alma maters.
